Holistica Properties
Holistica Properties was born from a simple yet powerful vision: to create places where people don’t just visit… they belong.
We are a community-rooted organization dedicated to reimagining how we own land. Through regenerative land stewardship, cooperative ownership, and the healing arts, we are building co-living retreat communities where growth happens in relationship ~ to one another, to creativity, and to the earth itself.
Holistica: an acronym for Holistic Living In Spaces, Transformation, Investment & Community Alchemy, reflects our core belief that spaces shape consciousness. When designed with intention, beauty, and integrity, they become catalysts for personal evolution and collective renewal.
We bring together aligned investors, artists, entrepreneurs, and facilitators to co-create vibrant village ecosystems in breathtaking locations around the world. These are places where gardens are cultivated, retreats are hosted, ideas are incubated, and meaningful connection becomes the foundation of daily life.
Holistica is not simply about acquiring real estate. OUR MISSION
At Holistica Properties, we create sacred sanctuaries….living, breathing spaces designed for connection, community, creativity, and transformation.
But we’re more than a retreat company. We’re a movement of visionary co-investors who don’t just own these spaces, we live in them, co-create within them, and evolve together. Throughout the year, many of our co-owners choose to reside together in community, forming a dynamic ecosystem of inspiration, support, and shared purpose. We host and curate transformational gatherings that ignite curiosity, foster deep relationships, and catalyze collective healing.
Every Holistica property is intentionally designed to support a culture of exploration, education, and relational renewal~spaces where art meets soul, beauty meets belonging, and healing becomes a shared path.
Through our model of conscious co-ownership and curated transformational experiences, we are building a global network of sanctuaries~and a vibrant community of leaders, artists, healers, and seekers—all aligned in service of a more intentional, awakened world.

“The seeds of Holistica weren’t planted in a boardroom….but around bonfires, at festivals, and in intimate conversations late at night between friends after major transformational experiences.
Because out of all of the modalities, practices & medicines I’ve sat with…the one that has shaped and changed my soul for the better — has been living in community.
For years, I lived the questions that many now find themselves asking: What does family look like in an era where the nuclear family model is becoming extinct? What does it mean to resurrect the meaning of ‘village’ and community? What if real estate could actually evolve and bring us back to what’s real?
My life changed when I stepped through the doorway into through the transformational world of Burning Man culture, where radical expression, co-creation, community and shared stewardship weren’t just ideas… they were lived values. I saw first-hand how space can cultivate community spirit, and how architecture, art, and community can alchemize healing.

This journey to the desert informed my desire to surround myself with creatives, visionaries and wild ones by co-founding The Lighthouse, Vancouver’s first collective mansion. Soon, these once-empty mansions across the city began to fill with vibrant communities inspired by our example—sparking a movement of entrepreneurs co-living in revolutionary shared spaces designed for connection, creativity, and collective growth.
I finished a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design, planning to pursue a masters in urban planning and transform the way we design cities. While my career path took me instead on a deep dive into personal growth and sacred sexuality as a career path, an understanding emerged that my gift was in cultivating communities when I began hosting transformational retreats around the world.

Again and again, I witnessed what happened when we gather with intention and create genuine community: Whether in retreats, in collective community, or on a dancefloor: We transform.
But too often, these powerful moments exist in fleeting containers, and these questions haunted me: What if the retreat never had to end? What if we intentionally created community that lasted beyond the party, and that contributed to creating the village we’re all hungering for.
This desire led me to continue creating collective communities across British Columbia. These communities gathered the visionaries, pioneers, and those in the healing arts, and these spaces went on to become community hubs for hundreds and thousands of people in each area they were formed.
Cross-pollination across industries, networks, and friend circles emerged - from those in therapy modalities, tech, healing arts and the general public, these communities became a third-space missing in our society.
From community homes across the province, where my young child benefitted from having aunties and uncles around her, to co-creating a 34-acre farm collective in Cedar, B.C., I continue to see that genuine community is the antidote to many of the ills people currently face in these modern times.

It certainly has greatly and positively impacted my life for the better, and I’m inspired to bring this medicine to the people in the guise of a new model.
As the dream of the nuclear family becomes endangered, something new is desiring to take it’s place. A structure, a support and a community that supports fluidity, that honours diversity, and brings us home to an embodied awareness of interdependence.
