Amy Muranetz brings over a decade of extensive experience in retreat management, community development, and high-level project oversight. With an honours Bachelors degree in Environmental Design, she specialized in architecture, urban planning, and landscape design, equipping her with the skills to envision and execute large-scale, transformative projects.

Her leadership extends to groundbreaking initiatives that have shaped communities and redefined the potential of underutilized properties. In 2012, she co-founded The Lighthouse, Vancouver’s first collective mansion, sparking a province wide movement that transformed private residences into thriving hubs of community and creativity. Her expertise deepened with the establishment of Earth Song, an eco-community she co-founded in 2019. Under her guidance, the project successfully raised $2.5 MIL to acquire a 34-acre farm adjoining a breathtaking 300-acre park and lake.

Through her many different careers and experiences in hospitality, organizing retreats and trainings, and event curation —she has designed and led transformative experiences for diverse audiences, seamlessly integrating operational excellence with meaningful participant engagement.

In her current role as founder of Holistica Properties, Amy brings her extensive retreat management experience and multi-faceted project leadership to a unique take on luxury real estate development. She oversees property acquisitions, renovation management, and shareholder relations with a meticulous attention to detail and a forward-thinking approach. With a unique blend of design expertise, strategic vision, and operational excellence, it positions her as a powerful leader capable of driving transformative projects.
